The Scarpetta Gnecco Foundation was established in 2006 with the purpose of decisively contributing to improving the living conditions of the citizens settled in Valle del Cauca through the promotion of education, culture and coexistence. Mission: To improve education with quality programs, articulating allies and encouraging the participation of vulnerable sectors of Cali and Valle del Cauca.
