Santander Chapter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The objective of this paper is to analyze the management of the Certified Secretariats of Education in the context of Santander and its Certified Territorial Entities (ETC), i.e., Bucaramanga, Barrancabermeja, Floridablanca, Gir\u00f3n, Piedecuesta and the Secretariat<br \/>\nof the department.
