A survey conducted by the ExE Foundation&#8217;s Observatory of Educational Management in collaboration with the World Bank examines the perceptions of 41 departmental, municipal and district education secretariats, representing more than 21,000 schools and nearly 4 million students. The main challenges identified include ensuring the integrity and continuity of assessment processes, preventing school dropouts, and ensuring continued student learning.
