Valle del Cauca Chapter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This document aims to analyze the management of the Certified Secretariats of Education in the context of Valle del Cauca and its Certified Territorial Entities (ETC), i.e., Cali, Buenaventura, Guadalajara de Buga, Palmira, Tul\u00faa, Jamund\u00ed, Yumbo and Valle del Cauca.
