The School Leadership Evaluation Survey aims to assess the personal, pedagogical, administrative, and community-related competencies of school leaders<\/strong>. It does so through both self-assessment and evaluations conducted by members of the educational community who interact most frequently with the school leader. The purpose is to understand their performance and identify areas for potential development that will strengthen their leadership and overall management of the educational institution.<\/p>\n

Each of the evaluated domains encompasses actions carried out by school leaders\u2014ranging from individual to collective levels\u2014to exercise their leadership.
