This document analyzes the educational guidelines formulated in the National Development Plan (PND) 2022-2026 “Colombia, world power of life”, taking into account data from the Observatorio a la Gestión Educativa of the Fundación ExE and the recommendations of the publication Repensar la educación by the Foundation, as well as current regulations and evidence collected in the education sector over the years. It is structured in six sections, beginning with an introduction that details the origin and general structure of the PND. Then, the transformative and transversal axes that contemplate proposals in education and human capital are described. Subsequently, the proposals, actions and goals of the PND at each educational level are examined in detail, classifying them according to the thematic axes of the Fundación ExE. In addition, the proposals, actions and indicators are analyzed based on contextual data and available evidence, considering complementary proposals that could promote the achievement of the PND objectives. Finally, the conclusions obtained from the analysis carried out are presented.
