The objective of this document is to analyze the management of the Certified Secretariats of Education in the context of the Certified Territorial Entity (ETC) of Bogotá. Through a quantitative approach to preschool, primary and secondary education, the analysis is divided into three sections: first, a profile of Bogotá is offered, highlighting aspects such as enrollment, resource allocation and the number of teachers; secondly, process and outcome indicators are examined to assess access, efficiency and quality of the education system in the region; and third, reflections are presented on issues such as coverage, poverty, dropout and learning, considering students’ access to computers and the Internet.
