This document emerges as a legal instrument that formalizes the objectives of the departmental government of Magdalena, in accordance with relevant constitutional and legal provisions. This plan is the result of a thorough analysis of the department’s reality, beginning with a proposal that involved the participation of all social sectors. The formulation of this development plan was carried out in coordination with the planning department and following the tools provided by the National Planning Department. This plan is based on the contents of the government program and establishes strategic lines that encompass all sectors and areas of intervention, guiding the work of the four-year term with concrete actions to transform the reality of the territory.
