This document presents the structure, sample, and general results of the second measurement of the Education Opinion Survey conducted in 2023 by the ExE Foundation in partnership with Cifras y Conceptos. This survey aims to understand the perceptions and knowledge of individuals over 18 years old, living in urban areas and populated centers, about education in the country. For this edition, eight regions were considered. The results highlight conclusions on topics such as the importance, utility, and quality of education; knowledge of institutions, teachers, and learning factors; early childhood education; post-secondary education; the labor market; school dropout; and educational proposals in elections.
