This document presents the findings of a study conducted by Children International through the “In the School” program. Aiming to minimize disruptions in the education of children and youth during the COVID-19 pandemic, the research sought to understand parents’ and guardians’ perceptions regarding distance learning and the gradual return to in-person classes.The survey collected data on caregivers’ perceptions of the effectiveness of biosecurity protocols, academic performance, reasons for school withdrawal, and the socio-emotional needs of students.
