This document provides an evaluation of the government plan of candidate Patrocinio Sánchez Montes de Oca, titled “Chocó productivo, renace la esperanza.” Through a quantitative and qualitative characterization, the plan is analyzed in key education areas, including coverage, school infrastructure, teachers and school administrators, financing, early childhood, and education for work and development. Finally, it presents fundamental points every candidate should include in their government plan in terms of quality, access, coverage, retention, early childhood, and infrastructure.
