Analysis of the first version. Foundations of the National Development Plan 2022-2026

This document examines in detail the 13 proposals presented for the education sector in the first version of the 2022-2026 National Development Plan. These proposals span from early childhood education to higher education, with a particular emphasis on retention, teacher strengthening, access and educational quality, as well as innovation and technology. The analysis is based on data from the Educational Management Observatory of the ExE Foundation and is organized into sections that categorize the proposals by specific themes (1. School retention, 2. Teacher strengthening, 3. School access, 4. Transversal training, 5. Educational quality), providing a summary, relevant data, implications, and possible indicators for measuring their future progress.
