This toolkit is based on Fundación Empresarios por la Educación’s extensive experience in training education sector leaders in Colombia for over 10 years. Based on our knowledge management and experience implementing multiple projects, we created a repository to facilitate access to practical activities and resources. The toolkit offers materials designed to strengthen the role of educational leaders and support their pedagogical, administrative, and community management skills.
