National Development Plan 2006-2010: “Community-Based State: Development for All”

This document corresponds to the National Development Plan 2006-2010: “Community-Based State: Development for All,” which establishes the strategic guidelines for public policies and the short-, medium-, and long-term objectives of the National Government. This plan is formulated and approved in accordance with the regulations of the Political Constitution and Law 152 of 1994. Once integrated into the legal framework through a law, it is subject to constitutional review by the Constitutional Court.
