This document details the state of the educational system in relation to the goals and key indicators for the 2024-2027 period. It highlights challenges identified in terms of coverage, efficiency, infrastructure, and quality. Educational coverage is examined, emphasizing challenges and issues. The efficiency of the system is evaluated based on dropout rates, grade repetition, and failure rates, identifying critical areas for improvement strategies. Educational infrastructure is analyzed concerning access to ICT tools, while the system’s quality is assessed based on student performance and teacher profiles. Resources allocated through the SGP are reviewed, and the institutional performance of educational entities in the region is examined. Additionally, information from SIIPE is provided on public and private sector initiatives in education. Finally, general recommendations are offered to improve coverage, efficiency, infrastructure, and quality in the educational system, aiming to establish priorities and address the identified challenges.
