Presidential Directive 5 of 2022 establishes the guidelines that all State institutions must follow to accept the Temporary Protection Permit (PPT) as a valid document for all internal procedures related to Venezuelan migrants. Specifically, this document allows the validation of higher education degrees before the Ministry of National Education (MEN), as well as access, trajectory and promotion in the Colombian educational system at all levels.
