In Judgment T-185 of 2021, the Constitutional Court established that education is a fundamental right of all people in the national territory, especially minors. In this regard, it determined that this right is also applicable to migrants, so that they cannot be denied entry to educational institutions on the basis of nationality, nor through the imposition of unreasonable or disproportionate conditions.
